The Pointe at Kilpatrick is a lovely supportive living community located in Crestwood, IL. Our residents receive amenities, such as housekeeping, meals, and activities, as well as personal care services to maintain their independence. In addition, we have a small memory care unit in which residents require additional care such as medication administration.
Schedule will include every other weekend and Holidays.
As a member of the nursing team duties include medication management and administration, assessments, and individualized care plans. Excellent communication skills are required for communication with residents, families, physicians, employees, and others.
Required experience with assessments and services plans.
Experience in senior living, memory care, assisted/supportive living or nursing homes preferred.
